What was the highlight of Sono Belle Gyeongju
Not bad to stay, but facility and service should be improved.
There is an electric kettle in the room, which is comfortable for East Asians. The view from the balcony is good, and lake can be seen from there. The bed is comfortable.
There is no toothbrush and toothpaste provided, no matter free or charged ones. There is no daily cleanup. There is no bottle water provided in the room.

Spend your money elsewhere.
Lake walk is nice.
Pillows are uncomfortable and too soft. Small old tv. Old refrigerator with no water. Bathroom is old. A very loud hotel.

What was the highlight of Sono Belle Gyeongju
The worst hotel while staying 4 years in Korea.
We have been scammed, we selected that hotel to get access to the swimming pool but pool access for 4 pers = 160 000 KRW. Almost the price of a one night stay. Guest were smoking odors came in the room, construction noise before 8:00AM. This is a run down hotel subject to close like the ghost hotel that is located next to it. AC unit had a rumbling noise that discourages anyone to use it. Towels provided are so small can’t really be of any needs other than wiping your face. Stay away from this BS hotel.
Construction / maintenance noise in the AM before 8:00. Guest were smoking leaving odors. Impossible to run AC due to noise. Towels are too small. Hotel is wormed out. It is a dying place located next to à already closed down hotel. Just a very bad experience.
